Rugby kicking drills
Rugby kicking drills cover every kick in the game: punts for distance and accuracy, the box kick with hang time, grubbers, chips, cross-kicks, drop kicks and goal kicking. Most work alone or in pairs, and the later ones add a live chase or defenders.
